1. Nature of Services
SocialBent provides customized digital solutions, including but not limited to marketing systems, web development, AI solutions, and business process systems. Due to the strategic and tailored nature of our work, services are not standardized or resellable.
2. No Refund After Work Initiation
Once a project has been initiated, work has commenced, or resources have been allocated, no refunds will be issued. This includes strategy development, research, planning, design, development, or any execution phase.
3. Advance Payments
All advance payments made to initiate a project are non-refundable. These payments are used to allocate resources, initiate planning, and begin execution.
4. Milestone-Based Projects
For projects structured in milestones:
- Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
- If a project is paused or terminated by the client, no refund will be issued for work already completed or in progress.
- Any pending work may be rescheduled at our discretion, subject to mutual agreement.
5. Cancellation by Client
If you choose to cancel a project after initiation:
- No refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work.
- Any deliverables completed up to that point may be shared upon request.
- Additional charges may apply if work is near completion.
6. Cancellation by SocialBent
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services under certain conditions, including but not limited to:
- Violation of our Terms of Use
- Non-payment or delayed payment
- Lack of communication or required inputs from the client
- Unreasonable or abusive behavior
In such cases, refunds (if any) will be evaluated at our sole discretion based on the work completed.
7. Exceptional Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where:
- No significant work has been initiated
- The request is made within a reasonable timeframe
- Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project
Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable administrative, consultation, and resource allocation costs.
8. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Strategy and consultation services
- Digital marketing campaigns already executed
- Custom development work (web, app, automation)
- Third-party costs (ads, tools, subscriptions, hosting, etc.)
- Any completed or partially completed deliverables
9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
- Processing time may vary depending on banking or payment providers
10. Disputes
In case of any dispute regarding payments or refunds, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through discussion and mutual agreement before taking further action.
